Along with its high acoustic sensitivity, the 3M Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a nonchill rim, durable, single-lumen tubing and solid stainless steel combination chestpiece. There's no other stethoscope in its class that offers the quality and performance of the 3M Littmann Classic II SE stethoscope. A nonchill rim on both the diaphragm and the bell means comfort for your patient. The stethoscope comes with patented 3M Littmann Snap-tight Soft-sealing Eartips designed to assure an excellent acoustical seal in the ear canal along with maximum comfort. Also availabe is a Classic II teaching stethoscope which combines a standard chestpiece with two headsets for teaching auscultation (available in black only). As with all Littmann stethoscope the tubing comes in a variety of colors. Durability: For long lasting performance and proper fit, the headset assembly is permanently set at an anatomically correct angle. This minimizes air leaks and prevents the headset from loosening over time. The lightweight, polished alloy eartubes are durable and will not chip or corrode. Internal adjustable double-leaf springs are designed to always provide eartube tension. The tubing is not made of natural rubber latex of dry natural rubber, but is constructed of a specially formulated polyvinyl chloride that resists chemical breakdown. Warranty: The quality and performance of the Littmann™ Classic II stethoscope is backed by a three-year warranty. Available in black, burgundy, grey, navy, purple, hunter green, raspberry, and carribean blue.
